5 or 6 – 8 inch tortillas

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup butter, melted

1 cup chopped strawberries

¼ cup) sugar

2 tablespoons of water

1 tablespoon cornstarch

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

¼ cup icing sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest


Preheat the oven to 400*

Using a 4-inch cookie cutter, cut out as many rounds of tortillas as you can, you want at least 20.

Dip each round of tortilla you have cut in melted butter, then coat in crushed graham crackers
