Classic Peach Cobbler with a Twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup of Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of sugar

Optional: Vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In an 8″ x 8″ baking dish, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the melted butter until incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently mix the sugar with the sliced peaches.
  4. Pour the peach mixture over the cobbler crust in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the crust is golden brown.
