- 1/3 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 peeled and chopped apples
Instructions:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the white sugar and softened butter until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
