- 4 eggs

- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter until evenly combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
- Using a ladle, pour 2 to 3 small portions of the batter onto the pan, ensuring to space them apart.
- Cook the pancakes for about a minute on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
